Dinner tonight at Six Penn Kitchen

Reconstructed spinach artichoke crab dip…D liked it much more than I did…it was a chunk of bread covered in a creamy cheesey spinach sauce with garlic and diced tomatoes and a crab cake on top with artichoke hearts

 

 

Smoked pork chop, cornmeal waffles, bacon braised greens with a honey thyme demi glaze

 

Lobster macaroni with cherry tomatoes and peas

 

We shared cream puffs: almond cheesecake filled cream puffs dipped in ganache, crispy caramel and white chocolate with a tart cherry sauce
