today was very educational:

1.) the arc trainer is more fun than the elliptical machine

2.) the italian heritage festival = fantastic people watching

3.) when your husband finds dog vomit he will hide it instead of cleaning it up so you find it later

4.) if i see you leave your 2 dogs in a hot car with the windows rolled up, I will call the police and wait around for them to get there so I can tell them what you look like and that you are inside of catos

5.) hardened dog vomit is much harder to remove than the fresh variety
