finding healthful, natural convenience foods can be difficult in my area, so i was tickled* to find Cedarlane Low Fat Couscous and Vegetable Veggie Wraps at the Suncrest Kroger. i have purchased them on various occassions, and last night, following a tasty but unsatisfying meal, I nukked one (okay maybe two) of these wraps. I was nearly finished with the second wrap, when i bit down on something very hard and sharp and i could feel it scraping the lining of my cheek - i bit down right on a filling and that metal on metal sensation gave me chills - eeeeek!
i pulled a large, sharp bent staple out of my my mouth! at this time the urgent care clinics were all closed so i had to go to the emergency room and get a tetanus shot :-( thankfully my friend T graciously came with me so i didn't have to brave the weirdos alone.
I called last night and left a message with the company on the voice mail, and then left two messages today but so far noone has called me back so far...i also called kroger to make sure the rest of the box was off the freezer shelf but i guess i got the last two. i'll edit this post once i get a response from cedarlane.
