it's random acts of kindness week :-) as if i needed an excuse to randomlly act kind... :-P
yesterday i ordered my mommy 2 cds and sent her but she doesn't know so don't tell.
i mentioned that i had started back to the gym....i'm going to roughtly try to keep track of what i've been doing...
thursday - I rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes, then i went to ornish group and did a walk away the pounds (WATP from now on) tape
friday - exercise bike for 20 minutes, 40 minutes of raquetball
sunday - treadmill for 20 minutes, bike for 10, elliptical (no arms) for 30
****update****
tonight (monday) - treadmill for 20 minutes, elliptical w/arms 10 minutes, elliptical w/out arms for 30 minutes
