sunday: 20 minutes elliptical w/out arms; 20 minutes elliptical w/arms; 15 minutes treadmill (got to the gym late and they were closing *pout*)
monday: 20 minutes elliptical without arms
30 minutes elliptical with arms
10 minutes treadmill
tuesday: 1 hour zumba (ouch); 40 minutes weights (ouch ouch) 5 minutes treadmill to make up for the 5 i missed sunday
wednesday: 45 minutes of clogging, 1 hour of zumba
thursday - took a day off...did lots of walking while shopping though!
maybe going to the Y tonight for pilates - not sure yet :-)

where are you doing zumba? I used to go but haven't been back in awhile. I really miss it!
p.s. you are totally kicking butt with your workout program!
The woman who taught it at the YMCA (still teaches it there but during fall/spring, not on days i can go) anyway she owns a dance studio (instep school of dance), and I've been going there twice a week..i love it!!! she also has an adult clogging class so she got me doing that again too.
