i searched through my old posts to find my 101 in 1001 list...i updated it a little...just filling in the things i've done but i really think i need to make a new list...so many of the things on there were just unrealistic to keep track of - brushing max for example...i do it but i can't keep track... perhaps in a few days i'll make a new list...is that cheating?
